For Carter Solomon, a conference title-winning cross-country athlete at the University of Notre Dame, it's hours and hours of work to make sure that he can hold up to the competition on race day. On this week's episode, Carter joins Yuven Sundaramoorthy and Hunter McElrea for a roundtable conversation on what goes into training for competition that requires constant endurance.
