Willow is a self proclaimed gypsy at heart and loves to travel, she uses the opportunity of supplier trade shows to go on adventures. Competition and Community, a daily dedication with Jessica McKierahan | inventSean episode V004

Today on inventSean I sit down and talk to Jessica McKierahan, an inspiring runner and Mother of two. I met Jessica last year for the first time when she joined my running group for a run. She quickly became a regular in the group, she has such a positive outlook and strong competitive side which I have come to both admire and learn from.  Jessica has been running since the birth of her first daughter and has never looked back. Her resume of accomplishments in the running world is quite large and continues to grow. Recently she has run in several races where she has excelled both in her age group and the women's division. In the Port Alberni 15k Paper Chase race, Jessica won first place in both categories. Currently Jessica is training for the Cedar 6 hour Ultra in June and she is the one who came up with the training plan for our group.  A very strong and driven woman, I am very happy to be able to run with her and call her my friend. Emerald Specks and being married to music with Lena Birtwistle | inventSean episode V003
