Grant and Jett Quezada
Jett Quezada Operator @ Founding Fathers Collective Raised in Arizona, I moved west to chase a skateboarding career. My first real job was as an inventory control analyst at Active Ride Shop in california, but after the 2008 f inancial crisis forced the company into bankruptcy, I turned to music. I spent the next few years busking across the country, playing guitar and singing old American songs. In 2011, I returned to Prescott to visit my parents and ended up staying, working various odd jobs. A short stint in Arizona State Prison for marijuana charges changed my path, and I've been rooted here ever since. I later found my way into plumbing, where I was trained by a national company in business development. That experience sparked a passion for helping business owners grow. After developing several ventures, I joined my brother to launch the New Founding Fathers Collective—and the rest is history. Grant Quezada Grant Quezada is an Army veteran, entrepreneur, and community leader based in Prescott, Arizona, whose career bridges elite military service and innovative hospitality. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2006, serving with 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, where he deployed 6 times with Joint Special Operations Command task forces to Iraq and Afghanistan. Over eight years of active-duty service he completed U.S. Army Ranger School, Jumpmaster, Sniper School, and Special Forces Sniper School, earning a reputation as a disciplined leader conducting night raids to capture or eliminate high-value targets before later continuing his service in the Arizona National Guard. After leaving active duty in 2014, Quezada returned to Prescott and opened John Hancock Barbershop, a one-chair shop that quickly grew into multiple chairs and locations. That success became the foundation for Founding Fathers Collective, a 21,000-square-foot hospitality and lifestyle hub in downtown Prescott that now houses multiple concepts under one roof, including a barbershop, specialty coffee, taproom, cigar and whiskey lounge, fitness gym, retail mercantile, and jiu jitsu academy, all built around the mission of community, connection, and care. As owner and operator, he has used Founding Fathers Collective to create a gathering place that supports local culture, nonprofits, and workforce development while continuing to expand the brand's impact in the region.
