Life can feel like a stimulation

Hi and welcome to another episode. Today, it's a little different from my usual episodes but I want to be more honest and share what I've been feeling and thinking. Sometimes life can feel like a stimulation when we go through the motions, and we don't do anything else outside of work or studies. And it's important to bring back our sense of curiosity and wonder. And because life felt like a stimulation for me at times, it was difficult for me to bring back that sense of joy and happiness that I used to feel as a kid. The older we get, the more it's important to bring back that side of ourselves and create more. current updates and the Borgen Project
