NAMI Montco PA is the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. NAMI is the nation's largest grassroots organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for all individuals and families whose lives are impacted by mental Illness. On this podcast individuals will share their first hand lived experience. You will get to hear stories of individuals either living with a mental illness, or whose lives are impacted by one. We will discuss why mental health is important, what you can do to become an advocate, and shatter stigma related to mental illness.
