Jim Trotter reported on May 15th that the NFL owners are set to vote next week on a resolution to the disparity of minorities in both the head coaching and GM roles. This resolution includes an incentive based system for the NFL clubs. In this episode, we will dive into the what these incentives are, as well as my thoughts on the vote in whole.

Jim Harbaugh wrote a scathing open letter to the football community. In this letter he speaks about a change in the way we see student athletes, especially those who play college football. For years Harbaugh has been championing for college athletes to have more respect and more rights. He has been successful at every destination he has been. And he has players willing to stand "in the seventh ring of hell" with him. We will discuss all of this and more in this episode. At the end of the episode, I am sure that we will all know, without a doubt, that Harbaugh is the greatest players' coach of all time.
