n the Dakota Show, I interview small businesses, large businesses, people with an inspirational story, etc. My goal is to help spread happiness and hope, and to help promote their businesses. My motto is “Help Me Help You!” I have been doing the Dakota Show for a couple years now. I do not charge these businesses and individuals. I create their interview and video on my own time and money. I am a 2020 graduate of Storm Lake High School in Storm Lake, Iowa. I have cerebral palsy and try to use my abilities to help others in ways that I’m able to.

Alicia, who has been a university instructor for over 25 years and a holistic nutrition coach for over 12 years, has seen firsthand how families can change their habits and reduce arguments and disagreements around food. She especially enjoys teaching kids and families to try new foods through her Happy Healthy Kids Adventure program, which is a fun and interactive learning program that shows how creating healthy habits can transform a home and strengthen relationships.
