I laugh. I cry. I share more than I'm comfortable with. Because I know that vulnerability is necessary for freedom and liberation. Both for me and for you. Limiting Beliefs. Whether you're aware or not, limiting beliefs play a role in your life. Maybe you've worked through a lot of them and they no longer dictate your life. Maybe you've never heard of the term and you're annoyed by another "woo woo" psychology term that you have no interest in understanding. Spoiler alert, whether you're aware of them or not, whether you ACKNOWLEDGE them or not....they're still there. But they don't have to greatly impact your life and your choices!
