NGR 04: Remember Network Marketing Is The PITS...

What's up everyone? This is Adam Blair. You're listening to the next generation MLM radio. I've spent my entire life in the network marketing industry. Now me and a few partners are on an entirely different level, building a billion dollar brand that demonstrates how have value based system can assist anyone with becoming their best self, both personally and professionally. The question so many people are wondering is how are they going to do it?... This podcast is here to give you the answer. Come join me as I explained how to provide value to your audience with tools, systems, habits, and do it all with integrity. My name's Adam Blair and welcome the Next Generation MLM Radio. Alright, thanks for listening to next Gen MLM radio. We're talking about taking MLM to the next generation today and we're talking about getting this company started, getting things moving in the right direction... One of the things we're going to be talking about today is what we need to do as a company to make sure that distributors can do what they do best and that is share a product to change people's lives and change people's financial situations. I'm going to start out. I want to talk a little bit about my history and how I fell in love with Mlm and how I got involved... Basically, I grew up, my dad was involved in Mlm my entire life and uh, I fell in love with the industry sitting in his office, listening to him talk to his friends and it seems like they were always just kind of chatting and having a good time and they would hear people would come in and it would completely change. When somebody would come in, they'd helped kind of create either a story with a product or a story with their, uh, you know, wealth, you know, they've completely changed from somebody who is struggling to somebody who's got more than enough money. So we, we sit there and we listen, you know, as, as kind of a novices when we're first getting into the industry and we kind of listened to these people and they sound amazing and they, they always say the right thing it seems like, and it always feels good. And one of the things that I learned and I kind of create an, created an acronym for it, uh, is that network marketing is the pits a Pi ts and those, those four things are basically point, introduce and tell a story. Those are really, there's three things, so point, introduce, tell a story... Those three things right there will make it so that you can become an expert in network marketing. If your lips are moving in network marketing, you should always be pointing, introducing or telling a story... So what we do as networkers is we, we basically use tools that are available that, that the company provides. So as a company, we have to be cognizant of this, we have to be aware of what's going on and what our people need as they go out and share the message of the products. So we have an incredible product. Don Coplin had a incredible discovery with Rockton. It does a lot of good for people, but if nobody ever tells the story or if the company doesn't do a good job at telling the story for people than we ended up with a stagnant marketplace. So what we're doing right now is we're in the process of developing a whole bunch of different tools, both a social media tools, apps. We're talking about a simple duplication processes like the business in a box, which I've mentioned, uh, that make it so anybody can stand up at the front of the room, read the script and be done. And we want people to read the script because anybody sitting in the audience can say, Hey, I could read a script. That's something I could do. So that's what we're trying to do is create a situation where it's duplicatable. Now pointing, everybody can point, you can point to a website, you can point to a, you can point to the company's website, you can point to the product, you can point to any of the tools the company has provided, and you're going to be able to essentially get people started on the journey of trying the product by pointing when somebody comes back with a question... I've learned from watching these guys that you never answered the question yourself at that point... It gets to the introduction piece. Uh, so you always want to introduce somebody else to answer the question why? Because when you're talking, you're teaching the person you're talking to what to do in network marketing. So if they think that they have to know all the answers, you're the expert... You go out, you're sharing pointing, you're doing the right thing, you're getting people interested. They watched the video and then they call you and say, "Hey, well tell me a little bit about this because I don't understand what it means when it says x, Y, Z," whatever it is, whether it's compensation or product, and you start going off about what you know about the product or the compensation plan. You just lost that person. Whether they join you or not... Longterm you lost them because they're going to think they have to do exactly what you do and if they duplicate exactly what you do, the next person they talk to is going to be that person that says, I couldn't do this, and the next person they talk to us, I couldn't do this. So the idea is that you keep it into simple, tiny chunks that anybody can do the first thing, point, share information, send a link, do things like that. The second thing introduced, so I come back and I asked you a question... I'm going to introduce you to somebody else, the expert, the person who knows the expert up there, the sign me up. I don't know that much about it. I'm going to share. I'm going to introduce you to so and so who knows exactly how to explain that because I have no idea it was. So the last thing is tell a story... So this is probably the only thing you can get away with that you can do. Anytime you can always tell a story, whether that's about the product or whether that's about, you know, an income story, you can always kind of tell that story. You can tell your story or someone else's story and you're always going to be okay because most people can tell a story about somebody so, or, or their own story. So those are the, those are the three main things that you do in network marketing as a networker, you point, you introducing, you to tell a story. So if that's the case. And, and as a company we're trying to create a billion dollar brand. We're trying to take people out and we're trying to show people what they can do. We have to be able to create tools and trainings and different things that people can point to so that it uncomplicates the world of the distributor. If the distributor feels like they have to do everything, they have to train everybody on everything, uh, you're going to be dead in the water because most people aren't going to go that far. They're not going to do that, but if as a company you can provide all that business, you can provide all those things that they need to build their business. You are in a position where they can go out and just duplicate that can show somebody else how to read a script on a box, invite some friends over, have it had. It could be completely finished just by doing those things, hand out the paperwork. That's the whole system, so it's just simplifying the system. Why is this important as a company? For us, as we build this thing out, we recognize that we have a lot to do... We recognize we have a lot of responsibility and that responsibility is really on us to make sure that it's created the right way. So moving forward in your, in your network marketing career, as you build things out, you have to make something that is duplicatable, that people have the tools that they don't have to go out and create new tools. So that's what we're focused on as a company right now. Right now we have a lot of things in development. We have an application, which I've talked a little bit about that is extremely duplicatable and noninvasive and in my opinion, is really the future of network marketing online. When people start to share before and after pictures and people started sharing things on facebook, on instagram and all those kinds of things. They really started just throwing up on people. And I've met so many people not in the network marketing industry that hate network marketing because... And the first thing they talk about is how much crap they see on facebook, instagram, they're their social networks where they're going to connect with people and learn about things and see interesting articles and see interesting videos. They're going there and instead they're seeing all kinds of stuff from companies that want to sell them something through a, through a Rep. What we're doing is kind of a hybrid of the two. We're getting articles, we're putting things together and it allows people to see interesting information first, gives them value, the exact value they're looking for when they get on social networks. And then in the middle of the article it gives them an opportunity to look at something that applies to what they are reading about that applies to what they're trying to understand. And that's our product. Uh, thankfully our product is very broad. You can help with a lot of different things from sleep, Libido. I mean almost anything that goes on with your body, uh, your, your adapt spray is going to help with. So it has the potential to help with, we should say. So you have the opportunity there to really share interesting information about Melatonin, Serotonin, the different hormones that are out there, uh, how you can boost those, how you can, uh, know if something's wrong with you or with your kids or different things like that. As far as those levels go, and as you're reading about that, we give you an answer to something that could help with that problem... I think network marketing has to go that direction because we're, we have to point, introduce, and tell a story. What's been happening is basically we've been kind of vomiting word vomit the benefits of products and different things like that on the people who are trying to just hang out on a social media platform. And what we're trying to do is shift that and say, "Hey, here's some value. Um, while you're looking at it, check this out, see if this might be of interest to you because it's obviously you're interested in some kind of a serotonin..." So what we're trying to do is tie those two worlds together, give people value first, just like our whole entire company and then make it so people can then a segway naturally into finding something that helps them with a problem. There's a reason they're reading the article and we're just offering a solution to their problem... Instead of just throwing up what we're, what we're selling and the benefits of what we're selling, we're giving them an opportunity to get some value first, so that's a big thing from a duplication standpoint. Not Everybody wants to dump advertisements on their friends. This gives them an opportunity to share interesting information, share some value with their friends, and have people come in the natural way... That is also, if you look at what we're really doing, we're taking the model, the point introduced, tell a story, we're pointing to an article, we're introducing them to a product through a video, which is another tool, and then we'll tell a story about a product and people are able to go in and then purchase on their own... So that's the online piece of taking this to the next generation. The live piece is really simplifying the home meetings or the the meeting up with your friends, those kinds of things. What we're trying to do is take network marketing and dumb it down so that it's really easy so people don't feel pressure to feel like they have to know what to say in front of people. We want to make it fun. We will also honestly want to make it funny. When you stand up at the front of the room, you're holding your box and it has a script on it. We want you to be able to laugh at yourself. We want everybody to build a laugh with you and then get the information that's important to tell the story of what we're doing here. Have some people tell their story about what they're dealing with and how this product or this company has helped them... And then pass out some information about getting started. And that's it. I'm stuck. Stuff that anyone can do. So, uh, that's really it for this episode. We just want to share kind of where we're going, what we're trying to do, and we really want to make sure that this is duplicatable for people... And it's simple for people. And if you're trying to build a network marketing company, that's the number one thing you can do is make it duplicatable so that people can do the right thing and everything duplicates. So you want to make sure that the duplicatable action is something that works. And so far we've had a lot of success with this little business in a box. We're excited about that. We're excited to be launching this platform on facebook where we're, and twitter and linkedin and instagram where people can just share stuff that's interesting and invite their friends to pretty much find out what they're doing without feeling like they're telling their friends. So we're really excited about that... We appreciate you listening and we'll talk to you guys real soon... Thanks for listening. Please remember to rate and subscribe. NGR 03: Your Gratitude Will Determine Your Business Attitude...

Hey, hey! Thanks for listening. We are going to jump right in. I'm going to tell you a little story here today about how I got onto this whole gratitude kick and why we made this the foundation of our company. I believe in my heart of hearts that gratitude is the beginning, the foundation, the reason for everything you have in your life. I believe that gratitude is the beginning. I believe that gratitude is the beginning of everything good that you have in your life and you know you can talk about the secret. People talk about The Secret and and what a great book that was and it was a great book, the strangest secret in the world. That was a great book that was very old, kind of the precursor to the secret. There's incredible stuff out there about positive thinking and all those kinds of things, and some of them mentioned some things about gratitude and feeling gratitude and all those kinds of things. But there is now scientific data and what really brought us to this place where we're saying, "Hey, we want to lead with gratitude," is there's some science out there that basically says, "If you write down three things you're grateful for and then write down why you're grateful for them every day, it improves things dramatically and it's scientifically written out, proven that this stuff works, that it changes your brain chemistry." It makes you see the world differently. You want to improve your life with your spouse, your significant other. You want to improve your work, your work situation. You want to improve your work effectiveness. All of these things are impacted by writing down things that you're grateful for and why you're grateful for them. You can just stop it. I'm grateful for my family. You have to dive in. Why are you grateful for your family?... Now, this all started for me years and years and years ago, and you know we just talked about value and the reason that we want to talk about this right now is because I think this is the most, the least expensive thing that we can give to people no matter what, and we want to spread this message no matter what because number one, it means something to me. It means something to us. Those of us that are involved in this, this, this piece means something, and number two, it really brings value to people's lives and that's in any way, any anything you do, bringing value to people's lives is a good idea. If you believe in the law of the harvest, what you sow, you will inevitably reap, and that's a promise. That's just a law of the universe. I don't care what you say, cause and effect, whatever we believe, 100 percent. This is the law of the harvest... We believe if you can share something valuable with people, valuable things will come back to you. In this case, it kind of ties in multiple ways. Gratitude for me and how this started for me and why I am such an advocate of this, this one piece. There's so many great things to be said about self development. There's so many different things you could target, happiness and all these different things, but I believe that gratitude is the most powerful. And I'll start with this story. When I was a young man, probably I have no idea, 10 or 11 years old. All of my friends had Nintendos... something like that. I don't remember. What I do remember was I really wanted to get one and my parents did not allow it. My parents were like, no, you're going to be a more effective person than somebody who can push buttons and watch a screen. So. And it made me terrible. I'll be honest, I was the worst all the way through my entire life. If you know, you get into halo and stuff like that in college and, people would literally, they weren't allowed to shoot me. They'd have to come up and kill me with the knife or whatever because everybody was like, "Oh, that's, that's a cheap point." So I could never kill anybody anyway. It was really difficult for me in, in that sense, but I am grateful today that I wasn't allowed to have that. What happened to me was this, I went into my dad and at a young age was really pestering him and said, hey, I really want an intend to all my friends have an intended there. There's so much better than me when I go play at their house and you know, all these different things and I want to get good at it and I want to beat them all. And anyway, none of that really matters. But what happened as a result changed my life forever. My Dad basically gave me an opportunity. He gave me an opportunity to earn an intender. And here's how he did it. He said, I will give you a nickel for every single thing you can write down that you're grateful for. Okay? Ten year old mind, 12 year old mind, I'm going to get an intense plus a lot of other things, a lot of games maybe, and so I started out and I was determined and I was naming everything for my shoelace to my bottom of my shoes, to my socks, to the threads of my socks to it and it just kept going and then you get into your family and you get into the bigger things that are more obvious, but I was drilling down on everything. I was looking around the room. I'm grateful for this. I'm grateful for that. I felt like a brick on anchorman when he's like, I like lamp. Anyway. It was like everything that I could identify with I was trying to identify with and so what? What ended up happening, I don't know how many things I wrote down. I have no idea, but I had sheets and sheets and sheets and sheets of paper filled in. By the time I was finished, I didn't want an intended. I didn't really think about an intender. My entire mindset shifted and this experience brought me to a place where I was grateful that I didn't have an agenda and I was grateful that I had the opportunity to learn how to play guitar or piano or sing or play basketball or football or tennis. I was grateful that I was able to be out there and be active further. I was grateful for my family, my sisters, six sisters, one brother. I mean, there's enough said right there, but it changed the way I felt about all of them. You know, when you're a sibling growing up, it's not always pleasant, but this changed something about the way that I saw everybody in my family, from my mom and my dad and my siblings, uh, to my extended family, my grandparents. It, this wasn't a remarkable experience for me and it made me a positive person that made me a positive person down the road. Life isn't all the time. Life has lots of different things that go on. And what happened as I went along was I would get into situations where I started feeling down on myself or down about life or down about a situation. I was on a mission, I was alone. I started to feel like I shouldn't be out here. I shouldn't be doing this. I shouldn't be. I should be at home with my friends hanging out and what I did, I had that experience come back to me and I wrote down all of the things that I was grateful for at that time. And everything shifted in my marriage with my beautiful life. Things are not always peachy. Things are not always perfect in our family. Things are not always perfect, and there's been multiple times now where I have written this down and this has completely changed my life. I wrote down the things that I was grateful for at any given difficult time in my life. And every time it changed my life, it shifted my energy. It helped me realize what I have and made me stop thinking about what I don't have. What is hard? What is difficult? And you realize very quickly this one thing you realize very quickly that what you have far out exceeds far outreaches... Everything that is on your shoulders. About eight years ago I was, uh, I was actually out on the lawn looking up at the sky. I was, I was on a blanket just looking up at the sky, which is something I randomly did at this place that I lived before. It was a great place. It was like quiet and peaceful. Anyway, so I'm out there and looking up at the scar up at the stars and I have this, I don't know what you call them, epiphany or something like that. But I wrote down the stars are like blessings. They're always there to light up every dark corner and time in our lives. But if we never look up to count them, we almost forget that they're there. And that's how I feel about this gratitude thing. Gratitude has saved my marriage. It has saved my life. It has put me in a place where I feel like anything is possible. And so what I love about this gratitude pieces, we build out this company, it was we have the opportunity to take the stars that are out there in people's lives and put a magnifying glass or not that that wouldn't do it. Let's try again and put a telescope, let's let's say a massive, a massive telescope in front of their eyes and let them see something that they haven't seen in their life but has been there all along and it costs them nothing and it costs us almost nothing. We can give somebody something for free information for free and we're... We're creating tools and different things like that to really help enhance or really put the telescope in front of their eyes. But we give them these things for free. They cost us almost nothing and they get the opportunity to really jump into something. Whether they decide to do anything with our company or not. We get it. We get a hand them something that has changed my life and I happen to know it has changed my partner's lives. And the people who are jumping on board with us, you know their value based people, that's why they're here. They love this Don Coplin, Don Copeland, a surfactant thing that changes people's lives, but they also would want to bring value no matter what their friend did. That's the whole point. This, this little piece is something that we get to do. We get to bring value to people, and so we're really excited about that and we're going to talk more and more about different pieces of value that we can bring. This gratitude piece, this gratitude culture that we want to create is something that everybody really should be doing anyway. And if you're not doing it, start doing it. Write down three things a day that you're grateful for and why you're grateful for those things. And I promise you this, it will change your life. I'm Adam Blair. Thanks for listening. I'll talk to you real soon. Thanks for listening. Please remember to rate and subscribe. episode NGR 02: You'll SELL When Value Comes First... cover

NGR 02: You'll SELL When Value Comes First...

Hey, thanks for listening to Next Gen. MLM Radio. My name is Adam Blair. Today we're going to be talking about value and how to build a business with a ton, a ton of value, and so what we're focused on here, whenever you get started with any kind of marketing or any kind of business, you want to identify who your customer is. Really where they are, who they are, what they do, what their interests are, all those things. And the complicated thing with network marketing is you're really selling to products... You're selling the product, yes, and the benefits of that product and how the benefits affect people and all those things. So you kind of have that target market and then you have the other side of the coin which is the opportunity and there's, there's a lot of things that go along with that. The commissions, the systems that you have in place, the timing of the product and the all those kinds of things... You have the culture where people get a belong, they have purpose, you know, being part of a cause and then becoming better, you know, improving self improvement. That whole piece is all part of that opportunity. So you have the people who are really opportunity driven and then you have people who are really focused on the products and then you kind of have a hybrid and if you have a hybrid than that's your target market. Right? Those are the people who really want to have a valuable product when they'd go to their friends and they really want to be focused on bringing benefit to somebody. No matter what somebody decides to do with, they just decide to try the product or they decide to, uh, jump on the business side of things. You want to be somebody who brings the value to that life. And so what we're focused on is that person, those two different markets, you might pick up some people who just want the product. You might pick up some people who just want an opportunity along the way. What you really hope to do is attract more of what you are. What we want to be is a product focused company with a powerful opportunity attached. And so bringing that person in that has a product focus, which is really a value based person. We want to attract value based people, people who want to bring value to people who want to change people's lives. Not for some like feel good reason, but they have integrity and they want. They want to bring something of value to that person. Whoever they are, whether they're a total stranger that they met on the internet or whether it's a person that they've known their entire life, when they talk to them about something they're doing, they want to bring value, and so we got incredibly lucky. I don't even know how to explain how this happened, but we got incredibly lucky and blessed or however you want to look at it. We're just grateful that we got somebody like Don Copeland, to partner with us, with his Saraca and product and have the opportunity to have these six utility patents that nobody can knock off. Nobody can take these polyphenols and we'll tell that story another time, but that product is off the charts. The benefit is that it helps balance your serotonin. It allows your body to do the work. It doesn't. It's not like some kind of. Anyway, your body does the work and so what happens from that is this total change, this total transformation for some people and for other people. It's a really subtle thing, but your serotonin controls major, major things. Everything from your sleep patterns, your digestion, your mental clarity, your sex drive and sex performance, your libido and sex performance. That's a big one. I mean everything that you can think of that your body does in some way, shape or form seems to be tied to it. The more research I do, the more I learn. There's so many things tied to the Serotonin and the way that your body uses serotonin... We're extremely lucky to be partnered with Don Copeland and to have his research, his studies, and to have this product and the benefits that it brings to people's lives. The testimonies that are coming in off the charts. We're really lucky because you cannot build a great company with a recipe off the shelf from some other place. It's got to be something that is unique because the opportunity depends on the uniqueness and the exclusivity of the product. So we're really blessed to have this. We're really excited about it. So that's number one for rules of value... Number one is have a product that brings value and have it priced right for heaven sake. There's so many products that are so overpriced for the value that they bring. It's unbelievable. This product we happen to be able to. I mean we could charge a lot more for the benefits if you compare benefits of this product versus products that are out on the market for network marketing. It is unbelievable. We're untouched compared to other systems that are out there on the market and they're out there. There's, there's products out there, there's companies out there that target, you know, Serotonin and fixing it in your gut because 95 percent is produced in the gut and we're like five percent is produced in the brain or something like that. And basically what they do is they give you all these different capsules and pills to help correct your gut, balancing your Ph and all that kind of stuff. Trying to go for these same benefits that we get from a few sprays in your mouth, which is, I mean, just absolutely crazy. We get, you know, comparatively where a fifth of the price of what their system is and we get better results. It's unbelievable. So we're really fortunate to have this product with Don Coburn and and surfactant rockton research and technology, and we're just grateful to have that as something that, that we get a lead with. We get a build value right out of the gates. We get to bring value to people's door and a right into their homes. We get to bring value into their homes and there's a few different things that we've done to make sure that we continue to bring value on that side. But we're going to focus on the product value first and then what we want to talk about and right now is the opportunity. Now, there's a few different pieces that fit into this. The first one is commissions. Now we've done a couple of things to try to bring this generation into network marketing and help them see with clarity what they gotta do. And the first thing that we did is we wanted to do dollar for dollar commission. Now, if you're not in the industry, if you've never done networking, basically companies today play games. They say, here's $100, uh, you know, you sold $100 worth of product, we pay 50 percent, but then they don't tell you what they pay 50 percent up. They pay 50 percent of CV, which is commissionable volume or Pv or whatever they decide to call it. Um, they pay 50 percent of that and in many cases it's 75 to 80 percent of the actual dollar spent. So they're actually paying 40 or 35 and I don't have a problem with that. If they got, if they got to basically pay that amount, that's totally fine, but just be clear about what you're doing and say this is what we actually pay out. We decided we're going to do away with all that stuff in order to be a billion dollar brand. We feel like we got to be clear with people and honest with people. People are sick and tired of politicians that lie and people are sick and tired of network marketing companies that lie or deceive or try to do things not on the up and up. So here we are on the up and up. We're paying 50 percent of every dollar that comes through the door is what we're paying and that's our focus. So straight commissions. You understand what you're getting. Second thing we did with commissions to try to bring it into the next century, the next generation is we wanted to make sure that we had a system that paid people every single day and the reason we wanted that is because you look around at the economy today and we're dealing with competition in things like Uber for example. They pay every day, you know, you can take your own car, go out and make some money and I think it's brilliant. You can go out and some make some money and that day you can get paid and then you can go home and pay bills or go out and have a fun night. Whatever you want to try to do with that money... But that makes it so you can then get paid. So that's, that's a big thing. Our commissions paid daily, 25 percent and then the rest of the commissions pay a at the end of every month on the 10th. And we just make sure that we have all these different bonuses and things like that. So you're building an organization at the time, at the same time, you're getting paid every single day that you go out and do some work. So that's the one thing... The systems is the next thing. And we want to talk about systems in a big way. Everything in network marketing is about duplication and duplication in this day and age is not going to be the same as it has been. Although we do want to keep pieces because we know what works. So what we have right now in development, we're in the process of this. Again, we're just getting this all started, but the whole point of this thing is to make it so that people can start to duplicate themselves. And if you look at what we've done, we've taken what we call our business in a box system and we sat down with some of our best distributors and we kind of develop this and built it out. But what we're doing is putting a script for hosting a party or hosting a presentation on the top of your box. So when you sign up as a distributor with our company, you get a script inside the top of a box, inside the box, you're also going to get a little USB chip. And basically what that does is it gives you all the documents you need from signup forms to product information, to patents, to testimonials, everything that you could need trying to sell this product, whether you're from your house or on facebook. Now that makes it so. And we want you to hold the box. Why? Because it looks absolutely simple. Somebody who's terrified to talk in front of people can stand up in front of people and read through a script of very short script. Push play on a button, uh, on a, on a video. Let the video do the talking. Ask a couple of questions which are on the script, and then sit down and hang out with your, your, your group, your friends, whatever. Whoever's over there with you. The business mixer. The idea is to just make this very simple. Now the next piece of this is we live in a digital world. We gotta shift gears. The next generation is going to be doing a lot more of this and is already doing a lot more of this online. Now, the difference is this. We again want to bring value first. The problem that we're looking at in network marketing is as it's shifting over to social media, we're getting spam. We're getting before and after pictures were getting, Hey, come join my company. Hey, come join my company and it gets annoying and people don't even want to engage. So here's what we've got... We've got a technology first and foremost that we once again stumbled onto, I believe we are supposed to take this product to the world and I believe we're supposed to bring the next generation of Mlm enters into this next generation, uh, without feeling like they're part of that old generation. Bring value first. That's the number one thing... So when you go through our system that we have, you're not even gonna know it. You're going to click on an article that says something to the effect of five things that are affecting the way your children behave, or three reasons why Melatonin is bad to take before you go to sleep. Different things like that. Okay? Interesting articles. Things that you want to know how mom's work from home and make money, things like that. Real articles that are already out there, we're not writing. These were just using information that's out there that we know is valuable to people. You put those up there and then in the middle of the lengthy technology, in the middle of the article, the technology that we have makes it so you get a choice. You can finish reading the article or you can say shortcut. Balancing your Melatonin levels. Click this button. When that person clicks the button, it takes them to a place where they can watch a video, talks about the product, why it helps with sleep, and then there's a button that says add to cart. They can add it to their cart and check out the person who paid, who posted the link gets the commission. So it's a cross between affiliate marketing and network marketing. It is the next generation of network marketing and we're going to bring it to the world. So that's the systems we got the business in a box which you'll be able to do live from your house on facebook and have people sign up right there on facebook just like with the videos, however, so host a little party, have a bunch of live people, jump on shared with them, read from the box your script, play the video, ask the questions, get off, let him sign off, sign up right there on facebook or you can do it live. Have a real mixer. Get people together, talk to each other, rubbed shoulders, whatever you wanna. Call it belly to belly and push play on a video. Ask them questions, have some, you know, chips and dip and whatever else afterwards. That's what is happening. That's how we're going to do this. The last piece of this is timing and guys, there's no other way to describe timing. The product timing, the timing of this product is insane. Helping with things like feeling anxious, feeling sad things, your mood, for example, things like sleep and like a fifth of the country has a problem with sleeping. I mean the timing of this product, how you feel bringing all these things, these calm feelings out instead of feeling overwhelmed all the time, those things are needed in this day and age. You can just look at the prescription medications and things like that that are going off the charts. Our focus is to bring value in everything we do, the benefit of being part of a culture. For example, we'll talk, we'll, we'll have an entire episode on this, but bringing something to people that brings them value right out of the gate. So in a presentation, what we want to try to do is we want to make sure that there's always an opportunity for people to share something they're grateful for. Why? Because statistics show statistics show that gratitude improves your life, period, period. Whatever part of your life you're thinking of, that you need improvement. Start to be grateful every day and it will change. Write down three things you're grateful for and why you're grateful forum, and it changes your so whether you decide to do anything with our company or not, whether you decide to get involved or not, a partner of ours that shares that information with you just gave you something valuable, so whether you decide to sign up or not, whether you decide to try the product or not, whether you decide to be involved or not. When you go home, you go home with something in your mind and in your hand that will bring your life to a better place. And so we want to be part of that. We want to bring value into people's lives really quick. Just a recap. Product's got to have value to get our, our perfect customer. We want distributors who are 100 percent focused on bringing value to people. It's gotta be about the product first. It's got to be about the product first. Then we can talk about the commissions, how they pay a 50 percent of every dollar instead of a 40 percent. When you say you're paying 50 percent, um, the systems, the systems have to be simple, duplicatable. They got to be something that works for people. The timing, the timing of the opportunity is huge. The timing of the product is huge. This is something that is evergreen. That's one thing on timing. I didn't talk about the timing on the commission structure. They always, you know, a lot of people have this misconception that when you get in is the biggest piece and that is true. There's no, it's kind of like, you know, it's almost impossible to solve that problem. However, we have something in our compensation that we've done a 100 percent check match on a piece of this thing. I'm not the entire compensation plan, but one piece that makes it so when you bring in a new person, you're starting a whole new opportunity every time. So this thing never dies. You're going to have a brand new opportunity to help somebody make money and make as much as them in a certain position. And that's something that we're really excited about. Probably too hard to explain over this, this little podcast, but products, the company, uh, the pay, the systems, uh, the timing, the value and having that culture there that is so important, uh, frankly, if you can get into sharing something of value with people, simple gratitude piece or something like that, it brings a belonging and brings a purpose and it brings something better to that person's life. So you shared it with. So those are the big things, the big pieces of value that we're trying to bring to the marketplace. Again, our goal is to create a billion dollar brand based on value and we want to do that and bring it next, the MLM industry to the next generation, which is what we're aimed at, what we're targeting with all of those pieces. NGR 01: Becoming Unique In The MLM Industry...

What's up everyone? This is Adam Baadsgaard. My name's Adam bad scar and welcome the next generation MLM radio. Hey everybody, uh, you are in for a ride, a big ride. I believe. I am also. So, uh, one to welcome you. First of all, thanks for taking the time to listen to this. We are getting ready to embark on a journey to really shift an entire industry and it's not a small industry, it's a very big industry and we want to make a big difference in it. And we want to make a big shift. So how do we get here? Uh, pretty much my entire life I've spent my entire life involved in some way or another in network marketing, in the MLM space, whatever you want to call it. And what's happened basically is I've been working to try to find a place where we could take people that we care about someplace that feels right, someplace that works, right? And what really ends up happening is you start looking at all these mlm start looking at all these network marketing companies and it seems like every single one of them is operating in some kind of fear based mentality. Some kind of A...I'll give you a good example. A good example of a fear based mentality is, is paying too much for products. Having people pay too much for, for products, for the effect of those products make on people's lives. People having to buy big packs, big inventory, so that they can have opened their business, quote unquote, and the company not treating that, the partners that they're working with, like partners almost treating them as if they're employees and, and you know, a big partner...somebody who goes out and does really well, big distributor goes out and does really well and they get tired of something the company's doing and they start looking for other places and just a mere rumor, a mere rumor that this person is looking at something can cost them their check and put them in a place where they're hurting financially. Which is, in my opinion, totally ridiculous. And totally. Um, I, I think it should be illegal frankly. And then, you know, on top of all this, the direction that the network marketing industry is going. Most companies, not all companies, but most companies nowadays are teaching people how to do social media marketing... And, and you know, frankly, the thing that I have a problem with is, is they're just spamming people basically on facebook, instagram. So much so that facebook and instagram have had to change their algorithms to identify when somebody is doing a before and after picture. You literally gets flagged if it's an advertisement... So there's so many different things that are just absolutely ridiculous and uh, they're really based in fear. If you think about why a company would sue or pull a check from somebody who is looking at something else, well, they're afraid that they're gonna leave, right? They're afraid they're going to find something better. My question to that owner, to the owner of that company is pretty straightforward. Well, what have you asked them why they'd want to leave? If they're making big money, have you have you taken the time to listen and understand why that leader would want to leave? And frankly none of them do. All they do is super people and pull their checks. It's really ridiculous. It's very rare to see a company actually reinstate somebody without that person just grovelling and doing everything they can to bury the other thing that they were starting to get involved in. It's just disgusting... So I was getting frustrated. I was working with the person that had been involved in network marketing with my entire life, my dad, who's been very successful, done very well, and done it with a philosophy that, that network marketing done right is a lot of people doing a little bit. So instead of these big packs, there's really two kinds of network marketers. There's what I call the sales guy, network marketer, and most companies are kind of trending towards those sales guys, big packs and make them big money so they can make big checks. And uh, and then over time it's not really a, it's not really a user friendly situation. So big packs, big money, big checks, and over time it turns into a situation where, um, you know, the, it's not duplicatable. The average person in network marketing network marketing is supposed to be for the average person. And, and frankly, it's turned into something that, it's just not that way. It's not for the average person anymore... It's for the hot shop sales guy who can go out and really sell something and make a difference for his family and maybe help a couple of other people along the way, but for the most part they take advantage of people whether they want to admit it or not because most people aren't going to be able to go out and sell a thousand, 2000, 3000 or even $5,000 packages that I've seen. Most people are going to be in a situation where they feel kind of jipped after a couple of months. Why are they doing these big packs will, yeah, to make bigger commissions upfront to keep that big sales guy. So they're really. The industry has been kind of going that direction, trying to help those guys see value in their programs and stuff like that. But in my opinion, the real. The real reason that they do that is because they don't believe in their product... They're afraid that if they don't charge somebody a thousand bucks and give them 10 months worth, they're only going to buy the product one time or two times or three times and after that happens, if that's the case, you're going to need a different product. You need a product that people would buy whether they were getting a commission or not, whether they were doing the business or not. And so that's been, that's been kind of our beef, you know, as we've been looking around at the network marketing industry, couldn't find it. Stopped that a few companies thought we found a fit for our people and thought we found something that we can do and got a. within a few months we realized, "Whoa, these guys are as bad or worse than the last group." And so here's where we are. What happened was I was looking at a company, we got Kinda disgusted with some things we learned and to turn to. A friend of mine said, why don't we just do it ourselves? And so now me and several partners, President Jim Deville and a couple of other partners are working to build a network marketing company. And I got to tell you when, when we started putting this together, the minute that we kind of declared that we were going to do this and we started looking into vendors and different things that could help us get this thing built, it's like this product just fell from the sky. It's been around for, for a long, long time. Nobody has ever focused on it or given it what I consider it's do this story needs to be told. And it's a story of, of Don Coplin and Don Copeland, however you say his name, I always butcher it. And then he looks at me funny, but Don Copeland and serve Rockton and uh, a product that we call adapt. And so that product just fell into our laps, I believe, by Providence. I really believe that when people come together to try to do the right thing, providence moves and it comes to a point where it automatically kind of feeds into itself. We've had so many amazing things happen with this, you know, just getting this started. So what is our goal and what is this ride that you're going to come on with us? Well, we believe we can build a billion dollar brand and do it in a way that, that keeps integrity, that makes it so that you can, you know, look in the mirror every night or talk to your friends and not create enemies and, and you know, people try products all the time, but they don't try businesses all the time. And so having a customer focus, having a product focus is a big thing. And the biggest thing is having a product that actually works. I mean there's a lot of products out there that are just kind of basically a recipe and usually that recipe is stolen from somebody else... Something that they've tweaked or added a few things too. And so we were here really because we want to try to change an industry and we believe that if we do it right, it will be something where the masses of people, not just the hot shot sales guy, but the masses of people can come and make an extra 100, 200,000 really whatever they want to make. But coupled with that, as we build out this compensation plan, you can make gigantic income. It can get very, very, very, very big and there is no cap and it can continue to go. And it's it. It is an incredible opportunity. We believe it's the best compensation plan and in the industry it is never been done before. Everything that we've done is pretty much a. It had to be programmed except for one little piece. And so we're. We're really excited about what we have. What we're here to do to with this podcast is take you on a journey. We're going on a journey and you're coming with us and we're going to talk about everything from how we're creating a different culture, how we're really tapping into the tools and technology that are out there and trying to shift the industry and trying to make this industry, this generation tie into this generation. I really believe the reason that network marketing has gotten such a bad rap, especially with my generation, with, with the, the, uh, the millennials, is because it's Hokey to, to have somebody by all of the inventory. It's Hokey to have these gigantic packs and make people sign up and all those kinds of things. This should be about product consumption. We live in the age of Amazon and Amazon can get something to you tomorrow, the next day in most cases for free if you've paid for, you know, prime. And so there's, there's, we're competing with Amazon and we're out there trying to tell people they have to buy these big packs and we just don't buy that. We don't buy into that... We really believe we can build a billion dollar brand selling products. And if you look at most of the billion dollar brands that are out there, the companies that are doing a billion dollars a year, they're selling products, they're selling products, and that's what's important is the products have to sell and they have to be effective or else nobody buys the next time. So, you know, thanks for coming on this journey with us. First and foremost, you know, this is kind of an introduction to what we're doing. We want to take you guys with us as we go through this, that we were, uh, we're going to take the entire listening group through the entire process of building this business and we're going to start at the very beginning and we've kind of started there today and told you a little bit about how we ended up with the product. But we'll tell that story in a coming episode in detail and kind of share how this all happened and why it's so incredible and why this product is so incredible. We'll share all that with a don Copeland and probably have him on the show one once or twice. Um, as we move forward. And then we're also going to talk about, you know, everything from, uh, you know, building purpose in, in our business culture building, uh, the products, how we select products, how you can make sure your product is something that really is going to have a high impact. We're going to talk about competition, relationships, uh, the importance of those relationships, talking to experts. We're going to talk to some branding. We're going to talk about branding. We're going to talk about, uh, and, and, uh, work with influencers who see what's happening and see what we're doing as, as something very different. We got some really incredible technology that frankly, just like the product just fell into our lap. So we're going to talk about building a business. We're going to talk about this thing going from zero to a billion and you're going to come along the whole entire way with us and hopefully you're rooting for us and you're not trying to, trying to put us down. But we're, we're tough and we can handle it. And we're ready to roll. So thanks for being part of this and we look forward to talking to you on the next episode of next generation. Mlm.
