How many of these weight loss 'truths' have you believed? You have to eat less. You have to stop enjoying life. You have to be perfect. The scales determine your progress. The reality is many of the beliefs women hold about weight loss are often the very things keeping them stuck in an exhausting cycle of stop - starting over. In this episode, I share four common weight loss 'truths' that might actually be holding you back, many of which I believed myself and explain what really helps women lose weight and keep it off long term. Because whilst weight loss can be a great goal, it shouldn't be your only goal.
