A lot of my clients struggle with this at varying levels, especially if they are not big on the social media thing. Some of them think What do you mean, I have to put myself out there and comment on sh*t and ask people to give me recommendations, ew! I get it doing posts and lives and a podcast is out of my old comfort zone but now things have changed for me and they can for you too if you struggle with Self Esteem and Confidence as it relates to your job search. here are 3 Things You Can Do to Regain Your Sense of Self-Worth & Confidence 1. Challenge your negative thoughts. When you have negative thoughts about yourself, challenge them. Ask yourself if they are really true. Are you being fair to yourself? 2. Practice positive self-talk. Talk to yourself the way you would talk to a friend. Be kind and supportive. 3. Do things that make you feel good about yourself. This could mean spending time with loved ones, doing things you enjoy, or helping others.
