US President Donald Trump has said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has agreed to stop buying Russian oil, but the Indian government isn't completely in agreement with the American President's comments - stating that talks were 'ongoing'. New official data shows that prices in China are falling again. The producer price index, which measures the amounts charged by factories, has been negative for three straight years and last month it declined by 2.3 per cent year-on-year.
