Be responsible for the events that happen in your life. Be responsible for the people that come into your life. Remember, everything is energy. Some say you can have a successful marriage without being healed or at least working to be healed. But how can you win when you are not right within? How can you truly verify a marriage outside of your own is successful?

Episode 13: Don’t become the person who hurt you

“Giving them a taste of their own medicine” is so easy and it’s the quickest thing we can think of at the time. But it doesn’t promote healing. It actually keeps you attached to them. Feels good though...temporarily. Before you know it you start developing their characteristics as defensive mechanisms.

When someone asks “who are you?” what do you say? Some say their name, job, etc. But this is not who you really are.
