You are perfect the way you are

The suffering stops when we connect to our true selves in this instant, when we look inside and see that we are the capacity to allow everything with love and acceptance.

Embrace your experience in this present moment, there is nothing wrong with you here and now. Let's not fall on the trap of judging ourselves for who we are, let's however find love and acceptance in every part of us. Come with me and we will find it together.
