A brief history of the English Bible is given from a bible-beliving perspective. John Wycliffe, Johannes Gutenburg, Desiderius Erasmus, William Tyndale, Miles Coverdale, John Rogers/Thomas Matthews, and king James are discussed. The Tyndale Bible, Gutenburg Bible, Coverdale Bible, Matthews Bible, Great Bible/Chain Bible, Geneva Bible, Bishops Bible, and the Authorized Version of 1611 (King James Bible) are all covered. The catholic Douay-Rheims is also discussed.

The usage of italicised words in the Authorized (King James) Version of 1611 is reviewed by Pastor Andrew Sluder in light of linguistics and usage rules. Specific examples are given as to why new, false bible versions are hypocritical in their usage of italics. Double inspiration (or multiple inspiration) as a biblical doctrine is reinforced by how God used italics in the Authorized Version of 1611.

Evangelist Kevin Mann is a traveling preacher who has written several books on numerics in the King James Bible (not to be confused with cultic numerology). He is the author of the First Mention Study Bible (KJV) and has been reading his Bible through every month for years.

Evangelist Mitch Canupp contrasts the backdrops, details, and evident motives of the Authorized (King James) Version of 1611 translation committee and new bible versions.
