Our conversation explored the divide that people experience between who they are at work and who they are outside of work. We talked about how HMD helps organizations to connect with their purpose, and how that purpose can enable better functioning teams, and help people to be their whole selves at work.

Wanda's own experience as an autistic woman informs her purpose in working to smooth the path of other neurodiverse people.
