Book discovery call here: joewintersjr.com/start [https://www.joewintersjr.com/start] In the coaching industry, there's a lot of telling coaches who they should be. I don't agree with that. I believe in helping people think for themselves. So today I'm asking you three questions that I believe every coach needs to sit with. When I look at what makes a great coach, a lot of it comes from the sports world. Great coaches win championships and prepare their athletes to be great beyond their sport. In business coaching, I see three levels: creating transformative results is winning championships, making progress without the transformation is a winning season, and missing the mark entirely is a losing season. The difference between those levels comes down to who the coach is. Their being. Their essence. In this episode, I break down three questions every coach should answer honestly: → What do you stand for, and what do you stand against? → How do you communicate, and are you willing to evolve? → What is your process for self-reflection so you can continue growing no matter what? I also share a story about a fitness coach whose business strategy revealed something most people don't want to talk about, why I believe Nick Saban's approach to recruiting athletes applies directly to how coaches should attract clients, and why blaming the person you're trying to influence for your ineffectiveness is a recipe for staying exactly where you are. ---- Join Daily Path Insider here: https://www.joewintersjr.com/insider [https://www.joewintersjr.com/insider]

Why Successful Entrepreneurs Struggle to Become Coaches | #501

What’s really stopping you from becoming the thought-leader you’re meant to be? In this episode of Daily Path Podcast, I break down the real reason so many capable, successful entrepreneurs hesitate to step into thought-leadership — and how to fix it. If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking: * “I want to be a business coach… but who would actuallypay me?” * “I want to share my story… but who would listen?” * “I want to write a book… but what if no one buys it?” You’re not alone — and you’re notunqualified. I explain why doubt isn’t a skill issue, confidence issue, or experience issue. It’s an identity issue. Drawing from personal reflection, conversations with 6–8 figure entrepreneurs, and a powerful devotional insighton “embracing the new you,” this episode explores why so many people stay stuck seeing themselves as who they used to be — even after life and success have clearly moved them forward. In this episode, you’ll learn: * Why successful people stillstruggle to own their voice * The hidden cost of staying silentafter you’ve already succeeded * How to audit your circle so itsupports who you’re becoming — not who you were * A simple reflection exercise toreconnect with the growth you’ve earned * Why thought-leadership starts withpermission — and how to give it to yourself * How to practice the identity ofthe thought-leader you’re becoming (not just talk about it) The truth is simple: You already have the experience. Youalready have the results. The only thing left is embracing who you are now. If you’re ready to stop doubting your voice and start leading with it, this episode is for you. ---- Need help making the transition? Stop Projecting Your Insecurities Into Your Business | #500

Want to build a podcast that attract and convert high-ticket coaching clients? Book a free discovery call and let's figure out if Podcast Sales Mastery is the right fit for you: joewintersjr.com/start [https://www.joewintersjr.com/start] For speaking inquiries: info@joewintersjr.com ---- In this episode, I break down why projecting your insecurities into your business is the number one reason coaches don't see the success they could be seeing, how lowering your standards to get in the room is the business equivalent of entering the dating market with no requirements, and why accepting arrangements that don't reciprocate your value is not a strategy, it's a habit that will cost you. I also share a recent experience where someone wanted me to show up and gift my expertise to their organization, and when I shared what I'd need in return, they passed. No bad blood. Just a clear reminder that hope is not a strategy and your standards are not negotiable. Whether you're just getting started or you've been coaching for years and you're still undercharging or over-giving, this episode will challenge you to stop settling and start operating like the expert you already are.
