Yes, you have to wake up tomorrow and do it again. * Life is about priorities. Get very clear with yours. * Strength & muscle are so much more valuable than year-long leanness * Genetics matter, but so do epigenetics * You will always benefit more from hard work, despite or alongside scientific advancements.  * At 90 you won’t care if ever lost that last 5 lbs, but you will care if you were able to hold on to that last 5-10 lbs of muscle and strength * The days are long, but the years are short. If you want it, you need to action now * Motivation is temporary. Structure and discipline are key * Your body is designed for movement and it will punish you if you ignore it.  * Get weirs * You can train around almost any injury. Stop using it as an excuse.
