On this month's episode we talk with Coach Katie Herrington. Coach Herrington has served as the Head Women's Basketball Coach at William Carey and Jones College. She also served at Jones College as Athletic Director and HPR Chair. We had a great conversation about getting something from your former coaches but developing your own coaching style, leading by example, and how Christian players and coaches can change the culture of a college campus.

On this month's episode we chat with Meridian Community College's head baseball coach Dillon Sudduth. Under his leadership, MCC has won a Region XXIII Championship, been the Region XXIII runner-ups three times, and won one MACJC tournament championship. We enjoy talking with Coach Sudduth about being a genuine coach and leader and about coaching and leading your athletes in times outside of practice and team meetings.

Coach Bilderback coached Presbyterian Christian to six MAIS State Championship before coming to Jones were she has taken the Bobcat's program to four consecutive NJCAA National Tournament appearances, four consecutive division championships, three conference titles, and four straight Region XXIII championships.
