Recap: RHOSLC S6E16 - Sisters of Salt, A Greek Tragedy

The finale of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City ends both Season 6 and their trip to Greece. Meredith's moods remain the focus for the ladies as they continue to worry about her from afar, while also challenging her wherever possible. The friendship between Bronwyn and Meredith, that seems to be based in off-camera tea spilling, comes to a head when they disagree on their latest topic of discussion. Angie shares more about her Greek heritage via a cousin who joins the ladies for lunch and the women chat with a playwright to develop their very own Greek tragedy. Roasting the Broligarchy: The Murder of Renee Good and the Fallacy of Absolute Immunity

This week the world watched the murder of an American mother before she was rapidly slandered by the highest offices while her killer was sheltered and protected. Then, the Vice President declared the masked men of ICE, an agency with a long history of abuses, to have "absolute immunity". Despite that, and the FBI taking full control of the "investigation" into Renee Good's murder, the local District Attorney has decided to pursue charges against seasoned ICE agent Jonathan Ross. Detailing recent murders and deaths in detainment, summarizing video showing myriad abuses of power, including current abuses against women and members of the LGBTQ+ community, plus the history of Border Patrol's tactics, all help to illustrate the severity of the situation and why "comply or die" is the opposite of living in the land of the free. Recap: RHOSLC S6E15, Opas and Outbursts

The trip to Greece continues as the ladies enjoy a cliffside photography session and a positive mood shift from Meredith. After splintering into groups for spa and lunch excursions, ASMR infighting begins at the spa after Britani dares to splash water droplets on freshly coiffed hair. At the lunch, Mary and Whitney bond over expressing genuine concern for Meredith's volatile behaviors of late and Bronwyn brings up an interaction with Seth. At dinner, Lisa targets Britani with accusations that stem from their yacht trip and Heather defends her stance to again stick up for Britani under fire.
