Well, this game is like that be even more evil. And these college kids get hooked on it and Tom Hanks character loses his mind a bit and thinks it is all real. Crazy Like A Fox - Fox Hunt

Harry Fox is hurt in a car wreck after chasing a motorcycle there or something. While in the hospital he thinks he sees someone get murdered in his room by a man shuffling around. He can't be sure because he was heavily sedated. Then Cindy hears a man shuffling out of the hospital, so she and Harrison chase him.
