As a cradle Catholic, I’ve experienced grief, chronic pain, and spiritual dryness, all of which made me feel distant from God. Losing a parent and living with chronic pain have taught me to find God’s presence in suffering and the everyday moments of life. Through this podcast, I’ll share what I’ve learned and encourage you to find peace, hope, and a deeper connection with God, no matter where you are on your spiritual journey. I understand the struggles of feeling disconnected from God because I’ve been there. As a cradle Catholic, I’ve faced moments of deep grief, especially after losing a parent, and the daily challenges of chronic pain. In those times, Mass felt distant, and prayer sometimes felt like speaking into the void. Yet, through those experiences, I learned the profound beauty of faith, even in the midst of suffering.
