Lean In – Dr. Rob Lim, surgeon and decorated army veteran, joins Lean In to discuss his career in medicine and the military, as well as his recent experience where he traveled to Ukraine, as a civilian, to train Ukrainian citizens in combat medicine.

Lean In – Michael Nsien, head coach of Tulsa’s professional soccer team, FC Tulsa, joins Lean in to talk about his collegiate and professional soccer career and his coaching career. Having grown up in the Greenwood community in Tulsa, coaching the team who’s stadium sits in Greenwood is even more special. He also spends some time discussing the lack of African American coaches in professional soccer, and how his success is helping to change that.
