Acerca de Live Sustainably with Anastasia

Sustainable Living, in my view, should be based on the Rules of Nature - the biggest wonder, which has managed to sustain, rebalance and regenerate itself for billions of years. Nature thrives on diversity and each species and plant plays to its own strength, creating and sharing its own unique resources for other species and plants to be able to thrive. So, there are no incapable humans (or specific boxes that need to be ticked), instead: there are unique strengths and good intentions which need to be unveiled within each person. And that’s the magic recipe and beauty of Sustainable Living.

From regenerative farming to sustainable fashion and plastic-free beauty, this video reflects on how courage and vision can spark progress — even in the most unexpected places. The Power Of Freedom: Sustainable Living Tips You Need For A Better Planet!

In this thought-provoking episode of Live Sustainably, Anastasia explores one of the deepest powers we all possess — freedom — not as something granted externally, but as something that lives inside each of us. We often think of freedom as something to fight for — defined by borders, rights, or politics. But true freedom is not dictated by external forces. It cannot be taken away. Even in the most restricted circumstances, we remain free in our minds and hearts. This video reflects on that inner freedom — and how it shapes the way we live, choose, and care for the world around us. This episode looks at: * The difference between external and internal freedom * How freedom shapes our ability to live sustainably * Why conscious, self-directed choices are essential for long-term change * The connection between personal responsibility and planetary care Freedom is not just a personal experience — it is a foundation for building a more thoughtful, resilient, and sustainable future. 💭 What does freedom mean to you? Let me know in the comments. References & Further Read: 👉 E.Fromm (1941). Escape from Freedom 👉 V.Frankl (1946). Man's Search for Meaning 👉 J.Stiglitz (2024).
