Should You Watch It?

2018 brought in some great movies, some bad movies, and several in between. In this episode I run through all the 2018 movies I saw this year and give you my blunt opinion on whether you should avoid each movie I've seen, or watch it.

This underrated movie from the early stars Tom Hanks, Elijah Wood, and little Timmy from Jurassic Park. The film clearly shows why these young actors went on to bigger and greater fame than even they could imagine. Directed by Richard Donner (Lethal Weapon, Goonies), this is a the most uplifting and magical film about child abuse ever made. But... considering its heavy themes and date, should you watch it?

Besides Home Alone, Elf, and the typical holiday fare, what would you say is the best Christmas movie of all time - action-wise? Well, my pick isn't Die Hard, it's the first installment of the legendary Lethal Weapon franchise. Here, you'll learn some pretty cool facts that actually intermingle with the Die Hard universe, so treat yourself to an early Christmas feast for the ears and be reminded why this movie is still so great.
