These past three years, have been monumental for me:) I have lost over 130lbs naturally. I became brave + took steps to manage my addiction to substance abuse. I have humbly learned about the 'why' behind my mental health struggles + how to never give up. I truly believe change isn't easy, but it is possible. Your life matters + You are worth it!
