With a wealth of history and heritage that can be explored through the valley’s many historic churches and archaeological sites, as well as beautiful nature reserves for wildlife spotting, the valley provides a calm and tranquil landscape for exploring. These podcasts have been produced within the ‘Improving the Stour Valley for Visitors’ project, which aims to broaden awareness and build brand identity of the Stour Valley as a visitor destination, and provide quality information and service facilitation for visitors. The Improving the Stour Valley for Visitors project is funded by LEADER: The Rural Development Programme for England, which on turn is part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
