The ones setting boundaries, breaking generational patterns, making learning a lifestyle, and raising their kids with intention—even when it feels messy or misunderstood. I’m Jamie—a mama, wellness coach, and cancer survivor—here to share what I’m learning and have the conversations I wish more moms were having. In each episode, you’ll hear either a journal-style solo from me or a raw, inspiring interview with another mom on the wellness train. We’ll talk about supporting our bodies through movement, nourishment, rest, and rhythm; regulating our nervous systems, ditching diet culture, living cyclically, raising conscious kids, and coming home to ourselves—over and over again. No shame. No shoulds. Just stories, insights, and reminders that you’re not doing this alone. Because when moms feel grounded, inspired, and wildly well—everybody benefits. 🫶

Over the past several months, I've had the privilege of sitting down with sleep specialists, chiropractors, herbalists, strength coaches, and nervous system experts. Every conversation has left me with pages of notes, new perspectives, and little gold nuggets of wisdom. 🤩 As I reflected on these conversations, I noticed a common thread running through nearly all of them: recovery matters. In this solo episode, I'm bringing together some of the most practical and impactful lessons our recent guests have shared and exploring five powerful ways to support recovery, restore your energy, and build resilience.
