We speak to Valerie Jarrett, American businesswoman, former Senior Advisor to the President of the United States, and chief executive officer of the Obama Foundation. Russia has banned exports of diesel in order to avoid domestic shortages, after a flurry of attacks by Ukrainian drones on the nation's refineries.
