When looking at my territory and running deal cycles, I follow these systems: * Place your big-bets: Identify a small group of accounts that you can place maniacal focus on. You can’t focus on everything! * Account Plans: Look at your accounts as projects. What specific things do you need, by when, and by whom? This is the map to repeatable business. * Deploying Resources: Knowing where and when to deploy or how to orchestrate your extended team. As the seller, you need to know who and when to bring them in, to have the biggest impact. Here’s an example:
