When looking at my territory and running deal cycles, I follow these systems: *  Place your big-bets: Identify a small group of accounts that you can place maniacal focus on. You can’t focus on everything! *  Account Plans: Look at your accounts as projects. What specific things do you need, by when, and by whom? This is the map to repeatable business. *  Deploying Resources: Knowing where and when to deploy or how to orchestrate your extended team.
