When darkness is surrounding you, hold on and let the hope shine in. I (Jennifer McFadden) have dealt with mental health for my whole life. Dealing with crippling anxiety, deepness of depression, and low self confidence. It was when I was an adult and started meeting others who were open about their mental health journeys and struggles, that I finally understood what I was going through. I finally reached out for help and it saved my life. It is my mission to advocate for mental health and help end the stigma. This is a safe space to chat about journeys through mental health and motherhood.

I give a great example of how I like to think about priorities because we can't do it all - and that's okay!! In this episode I chat about the feelings i've had going through healing and my mental health journey. I let you into my brain with me trying to pinpoint why feelings of happy, letting go of my wounds, and success makes me feel weird. I don't know my personality without my mental health struggles. That's not my personality though so time to build some new neuropathways and switch the mindshift.
