Ramble about how much I have learned recently in my own recovery journey and have been dying to share with all of you. Excited to explain some major breakthroughs of mine, but also vulnerable with what is still really hard for me sometimes. How important it is to be okay with change and okay with not being perfect all the time, whatever you define perfect to me. And as always, to make you feel less alone as you work on your healing and I work on supporting you through it.
