Ep. 6 -The Power Of Radical Self Compassionate & Grace

Episode 6 They're BACK!!!  In this week's episode of Let's Be Real, Leslie and Brittney discuss The Power of Self Compassion & Grace and how that looks when it is put into practice. Leslie and Brittney give examples of how to apply self-compassion in everyday life situations, adding this tool to your toolbox then accessing it in just the right time.  Self-compassion is a level of self-care that requires intentional efforts.
