Have you ever had a bad day? I have, and I have had bad days on more than one occasion, well, at least that is what I thought. However, I found that the days which I deemed “bad” were usually teachable moment. As humans, we are all susceptible to world pandemics, daily demands, responsibilities, crises, failed relationships, heartbreak, illness, losing the people we love, misfortunes, and mistakes- these moments or series of moments can cause us stress, and not all stress is bad. So how do we cope with stressors? In this episode, I share how I have been able to manage the stressful situations that life presents. These simple strategies will enable you to cope with the stress that we all face.
