75 Hard Round 2: The Audit

What's up everybody and Welcome back to The Beard and The Bun Podcast!  The Beard here and today's episode is a mix of a 75 Hard update, as well as an introduction to a new concept I've been thinking of called, The Audit. Now, if you have been following my 75 Hard/Live Hard journey on my personal social (linked below), you are aware that The Bun and I started our second round of the program back in June, 2022. As you'll hear, I have personally failed 3 times since then and these failures have inspired the creation of the Audit.  Simply put, The Audit is something that I am going to start doing at the end of episodes where I review what went wrong, what went right and where I can improve at in the future. You will see a live example of this concept throughout this episode, as I break down why I failed, what I learned and how I adjusted my gameplan heading forward. Currently I am going strong on day 49/75, my final day is November 30th and as for The Bun, she starts Phase 1 on the 13th of this month! In closing, I again want to express gratitude toward not only the fans of this podcast, but also to everyone that has supported & doubted me on this journey. I strive to be the example by which people can measure possibility and I will live the rest of my life this way.
