Welcome back to the Moore to Love Podcast!
During episode 7, we wanted to hit on two very important topics. Since it is the start of a new month, we thought what better way than to talk about nutrition plans that help you stay on track and what our plan is as a #MooreToLove couple, to becoming the healthiest versions of ourselves, as we approach the BIG DAY (OUR WEDDING)!!!
In this episode, Kaleb and I talk about two nutrition plans that we use and feel comfortable talking about. Our desire is that through the information we provide and insight on how we approach these plans, it gives you insight on two different approaches to weight loss. We hope you find that one of these plans can work for you in your own journeys. We talk about low carb intermittent fasting and a low carb calorie deficit approach as well.
We also talk to you all about the mini challenge we are doing, leading up to our wedding. We are determined to get in the best shape of our lives both physically and mentally, before our wedding day. With words of encouragement, self-belief, perseverance, determination, consistency and positivity, we know we can accomplish our goals.
