In this episode - Corey Haines, Head of Growth, Baremetrics, gives us his take on SAAS Growth. For people new to SAAS (Software-as-a-service) this might seem a bit overwhelming however, if you're in the startup ecosystem which involves any kind of technology/internet enabled subscriptions, you must listen in. We get into the deep end of a number of areas a SAAS venture faces including tactics on effective customer research, pricing strategies, dealing with cancelling customers and the best way to get customers (activation model) among other topics. I did this podcast interview at 1 am alone in the WeWork building, generally exhausted and definitely decently nervous considering my own lack of depth about SAAS but I came away from this Podcast with a strong understanding of it. Corey has a way of explaining it simply enough so most of us get it. You won't find this on regular blogs people. Get on it :)
