About Kitty: Katherine “Kitty” Moore has been teaching yoga full-time for twenty-eight years. She found yoga when she was broke and desperate, living remotely in a foreign country, and needed a job. Someone offered her money to teach through adult education, and she jumped at the opportunity even though she had never taken a yoga class. She simply studied a few books and began. Twenty-eight years, thousands of hours of training, four yoga studios in multiple states, four children, two husbands, and many, many cats later, she has dedicated her life to the practice that changed hers.
