We Are Woman
An honest conversation about what stayed with us, what surprised us, and what we're taking into Season 2. This week we're doing something a little different. Instead of diving into a new topic, the three of us sat down for a relaxed conversation to reflect on Season 1. Over a cup of tea and a chat, we looked back on the conversations that stayed with us, the themes that kept resurfacing, the insights we didn't expect, and what it's been like creating this podcast together. We talk about some of our favourite moments from the season, the topics that challenged us personally, and the conversations that continue to ripple through our own lives, relationships, and work. It's an honest reflection on what we've learned along the way and what surprised us most about sharing these conversations so publicly. We also share a little about what's ahead in Season 2, where we'll be exploring expression through the lens of voice, movement, creativity, sensuality, breath, and the nervous system. If you've been listening along this season, thank you for being part of these conversations. We hope you'll join us as we step into the next chapter. We'll be taking a short break before returning in July with Season 2. In the meantime, we'd love to stay connected. If something from this season has resonated with you, or you're curious about any of the work we speak about on the podcast, you can reach out to any of us through the links below.
