This episode takes a closer look at Stay Fit with Chair Bollywood, a free chair exercise initiative bringing the colour, energy and joy of Bollywood movement to older adults in care homes.
We discuss how the project came to life, the journey it has taken us on so far, and the wonderfully positive feedback we have received from residents, care staff and families along the way.
