Welcome to my recovery podcast about beingperfectly imperfect. In other words, people who are flawed and imperfect trying to be perfect when it comes to being a part of society that does not want, or accept you. Now this podcast is about people who have laws and imperfections as well as disabilities and have made mistakes in their past, who are constantly being judged because of these things. Millions of people who have been bullied every day and just because of their flaws, imperfections, disabilities, and mistakes they’ve made in their past. I feel like people like that. Need a safe space to be able to meet other people just like them who are not only build friendships, networking as far as business, but also meeting the loves of their lives who are just like them who are imperfect and flawed I can definitely relate to being imperfect with flaws. I also have a child that has autism as well. So,on this podcast will be dealing with people who are imperfect with flaws and everything they go through every day as far as society not only bullying them, trying to break their self-esteem, self-worth, and self values, and also disrespecting these people for absolutely no reason, we also be talking about how these people just wanna be loved and accepted differently than anybody else. They just wanna be happy and be treated just like anybody else. Having the same opportunities as other people being disrespected and bullied. Episode 32 - Perfectly Imperfect When It Comes To Seeing Things and People For Who and What They Are.

And this episode, I discussed the perfectly imperfections when it comes to same things for what they are, and not what you want them to be. Seeing people for who and what they really are, and not who and what you think they are. How our feelings can lead us astray into the wrong direction that we’re not supposed to be in. How we’re not fulfilling our purpose, and destiny because we’re too busy following other people that God never wanted us to have our lives in the first place. And how sometimes the reason why you are alone is because God is pushing you into a different direction that the people that are the closest to you may not understand, or they may try to self sabotage, lead you astray, manipulate, and have you going in the wrong direction that will not in well for you. This particular podcast is going to really hit a lot of people where it hurts. And it’s gonna make people have to face a reality that they’re not ready to face, but unfortunately, they have no choice because things are not ending well for them because they don’t want to see things, but what they are. A lie can be a truth, but the truth can also be a lie. So this particular podcast is about learning to accept your flaws, imperfections, disabilities, mistakes that you’ve made in your past, and taken accountability for the choices and decisions based on your feelings that have led you down the wrong direction to consequences, repercussions,, and karma that was never your own. So many people have lowered themselves in order to build other people up, and neglecting their purpose and their path that they’re meant to do. And how you should never lower yourself, and forget about your purpose, path, and journey that you’re supposed to be on. Why you should never give up everything that is your safety in that to help people that will never reciprocate what you give? This podcast when it comes to healing and recovery when it comes to your feelings, imperfections, flaws, disabilities, and states that you’ve been in your past that people have been holding over your head for years that is the reason why you’re not what you need to be, is why I created the podcast in the first place. So I hope you guys enjoy the upcoming episodes on this podcast. And actually appreciate the support. Episode 30 - Perfectly Imperfect: The Scarlett Letter

In this episode, I talked about the the Scalett Letter it comes to people who are have flaws, imperfections, disabilities, unattractive, black, African descent, and African women, older women, and single moms. The way that these women are judged due the Scarlett Letter when it comes to men and society standards. And how men, their families, friends, and people who don't know you. The way people want these people to lower yourself just to build these people up for someone else. You chasing after people who don't want you because you want them. You seeing and wanting people based on how you see and want them despite them not wanting them, or who they truly are as people. There are a lot of people who will never be truly chosen by men because they truly like them. They choose you due to what can do and give them, to abuse, use, take advantage of, mistreat, lie to, and manipulate you to get you to submit and put up with anything. You doing all the things that they don't want to do. They want you to be their parents, who take of, and let them do what they want to without saying anything. Episode 28- My Conversation With Ken Wortley About The Book of Secrets.

In this episode, I had a conversation with about his book the Gospel of Secrets. Ken is the bestselling author of The Gospel of Secrets: A Memoir of Truth, Liberation, and Love, and a former pastor with two decades spent guiding communities in the U.S. Through his memoir and advocacy, Ken has inspired countless people to embrace self-worth and inner peace as both LGBTQ+ and people of faith. His own transformation—from hiding his true identity to living openly with authenticity and spiritual integrity—is a story of real liberation, breaking cycles of shame, and learning to trust yourself even when tradition says otherwise. we talked about the importance of once you heal and recover and you accept yourself as far as the true and real version of yourself you're never gonna go back to the illusion version of yourself. we talked about how so many people are living a lie, and covering up the real version of themselves. And how that is never a good thing to do. This conversation was an absolute phenomenal conversation. I'm glad that I did the conversation with him because there are millions of people that are hiding the true version of themselves because their parents will never accept the fact that they are gay. And the freedom when people finally admits to not own themselves, but to other people the real version of themselves. We also talk about how people in the gay community are treated when it comes to the church. And how he went from a pastor, to a husband, father, to his discovery of realizing that he was a gay man. This conversation is something that I hope helps millions of people that are struggling with the real version of who they are when it comes to being a gay or lesbian individual. And it's time for us to really have these true conversations about this topic. Especially when it comes to spirituality, and how people use it as a weapon against these types of people. And I think the one thing about being the real version of yourself that is the very beginning of your recovery and healing is once you learn to accept and appreciate the real version of yourself regardless of who doesn't.
