Prior to joining Thalia Therapeutics, David served as CEO of companies including Zealand Pharma, where he led the business through its IPO and the global approval of its lead GLP-1 therapy, and Silence Therapeutics, helping position the company as a leading player in the RNA therapeutics space. He has also held numerous board positions and remains a highly respected figure across the global biotech ecosystem. At Thalia Therapeutics, David is leading the company’s strategic focus on next-generation RNA therapeutics and novel delivery technologies, with ambitions to address major unmet needs across cardiovascular disease, oncology, and beyond.
