Most people move through life reacting—  adjusting to circumstances, explaining outcomes, managing emotions— without ever examining what’s actually driving their choices. And without that awareness… nothing truly changes. In this episode, we move into the foundation that makes real change possible: self-awareness. Because it’s not your circumstances creating your life—  it’s your choices within them. And if those choices aren’t being examined…  they’re being repeated.
