So, did you know that Nourished Collective Community Projects started with a coaching conversation about hair? Well, in this episode I give you the low down on how they started, what they are and where they are going. We are now reaching the end of our third community project and with the fourth and fifth in the pipeline, I am confident that these projects are an essential pillar of the work of Nourished Collective. I am always looking for new voices and am now extending this offer to all and anyone who identifies as a woman and who would like to explore finding their voice in this safe and supportive way.

We Can Be Seen

In this episode, I talk about being seen. Lots of the women I coach describe not wanting to be seen, not wanting to do public speaking, not wanting to lead in meetings and in conferences because they say they feel uncomfortable. Sometimes this discomfort is about not wanting to be seen - physically - rather than being about feeling inadequate. But not wanting to be seen is based on ideas we have about the way we look.
