I have a love/hate relationship with tech. I welcome and embrace the positives it brings me but I really detest the way some technology can drain your energy and make you feel controlled. So for me, tech is about liberation and gains, never about limitations or negativity. Listen to what I'm using and what I'm not! Enjoy

Ok so I meditate 5 out of 7 days on average, so it's a big deal. But I did not start that way If you have never meditated, don't knock it until you have tried it It's a game-changer for mental health, clearing out the rubbish upstairs and then allowing me to be more present every day. Let me explain how I meditate and why you should as well Enjoy!

Once you have the plan, the outcome and the definition of success in your mind It's really important that you are allowed to be - Flexible in your approach to the plan But you must also remain - Rigid with the plan By this I mean, change the approach to the plan, but don't change the plan. the outcome remains the same, how you get there can be flexible. Where in your life can you be working the plan? Where are you not being rigid with the plan? Where are you giving yourself a pass for not doing something, where actually you are giving yourself a bad excuse? Listen and learn what you need to do!
