When you love your job, you actually end up just as exhausted as those who try so hard to love their jobs, sometimes even more! Passion means that you find purpose and fulfillment in what you do, but it doesn’t guarantee a path that has no struggles or complications. My guest for today will be joining me in discussing things about the struggles at work, managing your career successfully, gives us advise on how we can learn to love what we do, and how to maintain a work life balance at the same time.
