I am expanding on the last episode, Positive Affirmations, and going over another tool we can use to retrain our brain to create the outcomes we truly want. Like I mentioned before, our brain is like a muscle we have to work. Visualization is another exercise we can use and something we already do. These are all tools you can use to generate those positive emotions and reprogram your brain. Your subconscious mind relates to images and feelings, so the more you do it, the more you train your brain and subconscious mind. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your divine adventure. Positive Affirmations

In my podcast episode Retraining Our Brain, I give examples of different tools we can use to do this, affirmations being one of them. Affirmations are positive statements or phrases. They affirm a specific belief. Positive affirmations can be used to counter our current negative beliefs and thought-patterns. Love is the Answer

Next time someone upsets you, I want to challenge you to ask yourself a few questions. What exactly is bothering you? What part of this is the story you created and what is fact? Is there a negative core belief associated with your story? Is the situation reflecting something within yourself that you do not like? Are you able to see the situation as an opportunity to go within and explore your inner struggles? When I ask myself questions like this, I automatically feel lighter. The more I practice it, the faster I am able to analyze a situation and see the correlation between my inner dialogue and my external reality. Most of the time, It will boil down to me withholding love from myself or me not feeling worthy of it.  I have to constantly remind myself that I am worthy of it all, that I am loveable, and give myself some grace. I make an active decision to choose love. I will choose love in how I interact with myself and others. At the end of the day, love is the answer. Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude brings positive emotions and appreciation for the goodness in life. Remember, everything is energy, so If we are focusing on the things we are grateful for, the universe will bring us more things to be grateful for. I started testing these theories for myself.
