Sometimes as men it's so important to decompress and get away from real life for a little. We wake up every day as blessed individuals when we get to be partners, fathers, brothers, a son, and just trying to be the best version of a man we can be each day. Men have insecurities too

We as men always have insecurities and we tend to have a hard time talking about them because of how vulnerable it makes us. In this episode we speak about our insecurities, how we handle our insecurities, and we open up about how our insecurities makes us feel.

We all wish we could go back in time and fix our mistakes, regrets, or just have one more chance. The reality of life is that we can only learn from what life throws at us and learn from our mistakes. As men we have a duty to pass on the wisdom, we have acquired throughout our years to the next generation of young men and women.
