Les mer AVE Automotive Podcast

We are just three guys that annoy our friends by constantly talking about our mutual love of everything cars, so we started a YouTube channel called "AVE Automotive". We realized that wasn't enough, so here we are with a podcast. This way we can share the conversations we have daily (about the automotive industry, what we've been driving, and our car related experiences) with all of you! This platform will give us the change to dive a little deeper into the topics we can only scratch the surface of in our videos. *We own 10 vehicles between the three of us. We love driving, tinkering, talking, buying...but not always selling... We hope you enjoy our banter AND maybe get some good consumer advice along the way. Hosted on Acast. episode Is This a Car Podcast? cover

Is This a Car Podcast?

In today's episode, we discuss Nick's never-ending search for the perfect car. He loves his Cayman but thinks he could swing an R8 in about a year. What do you guys think about the chasm in price between a gated manual and the auto? Is it worth the price? We also chat about the new Integra Type S, the ID.7, General Motors' unquenchable thirst for bankruptcy, and a class action suit levied against Honda for electric power steering issues in the 2022-2023 Civic. If you have questions you want answered or topics you'd like us to discuss, please reach out on Instagram @ave_automotive or email us at a.valianteffert@gmail.com. Enjoy! ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy [https://acast.com/privacy] for more information.

1946 Willys Jeep Confuses Indiana BMV & Listener Questions

On today's episode, we discuss the weirdness of the VIN on Josh's 1946 Willys Jeep and just how confused it made the Indiana BMV. We also get into some listener questions, including our choice for a vehicle that gets over 40 mpg and a great discussion on car stereotypes that may or may not influence our willingness to purchase a vehicle. If you want your questions answered on the podcast, feel free to reach out to us via Instagram @ave_automotive or emails at a.valianteffert@gmail.com Listen all the way to the end if you want to hear us accidentally plan an AVE road trip and discuss Hippos. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. episode New Cars in EU Will Be Zero Emission By 2035 cover

New Cars in EU Will Be Zero Emission By 2035

Ted and Josh discuss the EU's vote to require all new cars sold to be zero emission by 2035. The main concern with an EV future is whether or not it's possible and how such a future would affect the lower and middle classes currently priced out of EV ownership and maintenance. Despite our concerns, there are 12 years on the clock, and when it comes to technology....12 years is a longgg time. We also discuss gen Z and their preference for sedans. Yay, gen Z! If you have any questions for us to answer, topics you'd like to discuss, or cars you'd be willing to let us review, please reach out at a.valianteffert@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at ave_automotive. ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. episode The State of The Manual Transmission in 2023 cover

The State of The Manual Transmission in 2023

Unlike most episodes, we focus mainly on a single topic this week: the manual transmission. First, Josh updates us on his journey into the sky, and then we dive deep into the state of the modern manual. We get into the decline of the most engaging transmission, the manufacturers' role in that decline, the state of the manual today, what cars should still have a manual, and what future we think is in store for those of us who like to row our own gears. Enjoy the discussion and please reach out if you'd like us to chat about any specific topics. You can reach us at a.valianteffert@gmail.com or message us on Instagram at "ave_automotive". ---------------------------------------- Hosted on Acast. Liker at det er både Podcaster (godt utvalg) og lydbøker i samme app, pluss at man kan holde Podcaster og lydbøker atskilt i biblioteket.
Bra app. Oversiktlig og ryddig. MYE bra innhold⭐️⭐️⭐️
